Puspikka sat round the campfire metaphorically (and literally) licking his wounds. Another kicking by the pointy-ears. They had raided a nearby farm after the disastrous battle with the Elves, and a mangy dog was turning on a spit like a hairy turkey.
“Hmm…” Puspikka squeezed a particularly succulent zit and thought to himself, licking his fingers. Archery was pretty simple. Put the feathery bit on the stringy thing, pull it back, and remember to let go.
“But what if…” He murmured, picking up his quiver. Drawing back the bowstring, and pointing it at a nearby barn, he did something no Goblin has ever thought to do before!
He aimed!
TWANG!
The rest of the Goblins looks shocked as the arrow thudded into the barn door.
“Huh! Lucky shot.” Sniffed Snotswipa. TWANG. TWANG. TWANG. Arrow after arrow thudded into the barn door, and the rest of the regiment gasped with a mixture of awe and horror.
Pusspikka eventually trained Snotswipa and the rest of the lads in this new technique, and they proudly took up the name of the Barn Door Stickas- archers for hire!
An elite unit of deadly marksmen (well, by Goblin standards at least…) at your disposal.
The Barn Door Stickas make a perfect unit for any orc and goblin wargaming army. Or as they aren’t too fussy about who they work for- the forces of chaos and evil might find these Goblin archers in their armies.
